Procedures Applying Residence Pass Under Category 7 Training: 3 – 4 Months for Approvals

类别7培训下的居留签证申请程序：3 – 4 个月拿批文

· Sponsored Company provide training schedules and apply approvals from MBOT ( Malaysia Board of Technologists ) for Training.

赞助的公司提供培训计划并申请 MBOT（马来西亚技术委员会）的批准进行培训。

· Once sponsored Company got approval from MBOT, Company can apply Residence Pass from Immigration Department of Malaysia

一旦赞助的公司获得MBOT的批准 公司就可以向马来西亚移民局申请居留签

· Once Residence Pass is approved, applicants must enter Malaysia by Social Visit Pass or EVISA for endorsements ( 14 – 21 working days )

一旦居留签证获得批准 申请人必须拿旅游签证或电子签证EVISA 登入马来西亚进行贴签程序（ 14 – 21 天工作日 ）

· Approvals will be out around 3 to 4 months time

批文大概3至4个月下来

· Age limits for Residence Pass is 22 to 59 years old

居住签证的年龄限制为 22 至 59 岁

· Approvals Of Main Applicant & Dependents Residence Pass would be 5 years ( 3+2 )

主申请人和家属居留签证的批准期限为 5年 ( 3 年 + 2 年 )

· Approvals of Parents & In Laws LTSVP would be 5 years ( 1+1+1+1+1 ) renewable yearly

双方父母的LTSVP 批准期限为5年 ( 1+1+1+1+1 ) 每年可续

· Blacklisted are not allowed to apply
